Starting from October 1, 2025, the issuance and management of Certificates of Origin in Italy will become exclusively digital. This change, promoted by Unioncamere, aims to simplify and modernize bureaucratic procedures.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"432\" data-end=\"458\">What Changes, Exactly?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"460\" data-end=\"671\">The main change is that the digital transmission of Certificates of Origin and their printing in the company, on standard white paper, will be the only method allowed by all Italian Chambers of Commerce (CCIAA).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"721\">Here are the key dates to mark on your calendar:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"style--03\">\n<li>From July 1, 2025: Unioncamere has already stopped distributing paper forms for Certificates of Origin. This means that old pre-printed forms will no longer be provided.<\/li>\n<li>Until September 30, 2025: Transition Period. All paper forms purchased before July 1, 2025, can and must be used by this date. It is important to note that there will be no reimbursement for any unused forms by September 30. This transition period is essential for informing and training businesses that have not yet adopted the digital system.<\/li>\n<li>From October 1, 2025: Digital Only. From this date, the only method for issuing Certificates of Origin will be digital submission to businesses. You will be responsible for printing the document directly in your office on standard paper.
